Tastes of the Bay

Tastes of the Bay was started in 2010, and has been very successful. It is a sit down lunch with fine wine and fresh, local seafood cooked by a chef. This is an optional event within the Seafood Festival that has sold out both years.
The Menu for 2011 was;

Coconut and lime scallops with spanner crab meat, pork crackling puffs, thai green papaya, Bethonga pineapple, mint and peanut salad.

Coated with macadamia and panko crumb served with spiced roast egg plant salsa, intense blood orange reduction, frisse leaves
